Nancy Gerson has been Temple Beth-El's Membership Coordinator since June of 2001. She has extensive experience in event planning and working with people, having served most recently as Director of Special Events for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation locally. Previously, she worked as Donation Site Consultant for Goodwill Industries and Recycling Coordinator for Champion Recycling Corporation. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Georgia. Nancy and her husband, Jerry Gerson, have been members of Temple Beth-El, since moving to San Antonio in 1991 with their children, Jennifer and Michael. As a family, the Gersons have celebrated several significant life-cycle moments at the Temple, including Michael's Bar Mitzvah, Confirmation of both Jennifer and Michael, Jennifer's marriage to Mark Eichelbaum, and the namings of their granddaughters, Bailey Rhianne Eichelbaum and Maegan Reese Eichelbaum.
