A sixth-generation native Texan, Michele Bondy moved to San Antonio in 2018. She holds a journalism degree with a concentration in public relations from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master’s in organizational leadership and ethics from St. Edward’s University. Prior to joining the Temple professional staff in 2022, Michele held various positions in marketing communications for several publicly traded companies and two of the Big Eight accounting firms. She has been a fundraiser in the areas of education and historic preservation and has also worked in the field of law. Most recently, she served on the court staff of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office of Immigration Review.
In addition to spending time with her beloved cat Teddie, she enjoys writing, reading, creating mixed media art, swimming, walking and hunting for antiques. She is a devoted sister, sister-in-law and aunt and the proud great aunt of two little girls named Ady and Isla Mae.
