Our High Holy Days Were Made Possible by You
Our High Holy Days are truly a community effort, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make this season meaningful, welcoming, and memorable.

We were honored to welcome Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones and Judge Peter Sakai to worship with us. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Kol Simchah, the Temple Beth-El Band, Musical Director Erin McAdams and Accompanist Mark Alexander for filling our services with beautiful music.

We are also grateful to our Yom Kippur Symposium speakers — Steve Kovner, Bobbie Malone, Jeffrey Rollman, and Robyn Rosen — for sharing their time, insight, and experiences with our community during People of Service: Living Tikkun Olam.

Thank you to every greeter, usher, and candle lighter who helped create a warm and welcoming experience for our community. We are grateful to Brotherhood and Sisterhood for providing our Onegs, for helping build our sukkah, and to Sisterhood for generously sponsoring Break the Fast.

To our clergy and staff, thank you for the countless hours of preparation and care that went into every service, program, and detail. And most importantly, thank you to everyone who joined us for services and celebrated the High Holy Days with us. Your presence is what brings our community—and our dome—to life.

Rosh Hashanah Photo Gallery
A heartfelt thank you to HorseDog Productions for capturing such beautiful moments from our Rosh Hashanah services. We’re so grateful to have these wonderful photos to help us remember such a meaningful time together as a community. We invite you to browse the gallery and download any photos of you, your family, and friends that you’d like to keep and share. There’s no need to credit the photographer when posting or sharing your photos.

High Holy Day Hunger Drive
One of our cherished High Holy Day traditions is our annual Food Drive. Pick up a brown paper bag on Rosh Hashanah, fill it with nonperishable food items, and return it on Yom Kippur to help support neighbors facing food insecurity. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our congregation, last year's drive provided the equivalent of 33,361 meals for the San Antonio Food Bank! You can still make a monetary donation towards this year's High Holy Day Hunger Drive.

Memorial Plaques
Honor the memory of a loved one with a Memorial Plaque in the Wulfe Sanctuary. Each plaque is engraved with the individual's name and date of death, creating a lasting tribute within our sacred space. Those memorialized on a plaque are remembered in perpetuity through inclusion in our Yahrzeit Memorial list, the annual reading of their name during the Shabbat service closest to their yahrzeit, and inclusion in our Book of Remembrance for Yom Kippur. Now taking orders for 2027 High Holy Days.
