Barshop Auditorium
The Barshop Auditorium is our premier space for large-scale events—ideal for galas, receptions, b’nei mitzvah celebrations, conferences, and more. The room is fully flexible and can be divided in half or even into quarters to suit your needs. It accommodates up to 470 guests at full capacity.

Dreeben Family Pavilion
The Dreeben Family Pavilion is a warm, light-filled space ideal for private, intimate gatherings such as seated dinners, receptions, cocktail hours, or even wellness events like yoga retreats. With floor-to-ceiling glass windows and abundant natural light, it offers a serene and elegant atmosphere that accommodates up to 50 guests.

Stahl Gallery
The Stahl Gallery serves as an elegant entryway and gathering space, perfect for cocktail hours, passed appetizers, event check-in, or pre-function mingling. As the main hallway of Temple Beth-El, it offers a welcoming flow and natural connection to adjacent event spaces. Its open layout and stylish atmosphere make it an ideal spot to start any celebration or reception.

Block Conference Center
The Block Conference Center is a versatile, private space designed for meetings, trainings, and business-focused gatherings. With a more formal setting and flexible layout options, it’s ideal for board meetings, workshops, and small conferences. The room comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests and includes access to A/V capabilities.

Jacobson Garden
The Jacobson Garden is a charming outdoor space perfect for sunset cocktail hours, intimate seated dinners, or live acoustic music under the stars. Adorned with string market lights and surrounded by natural beauty, it offers a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The garden comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests making it ideal for smaller gatherings with a magical outdoor feel.

Oppenheimer Chapel
The Oppenheimer Chapel provides a peaceful and intimate space for worship and life-cycle ceremonies. Ideal for smaller gatherings, it offers a warm, personal atmosphere that invites reflection and connection. A breathtaking stained glass wall serves as the focal point, bathing the room in natural light, while rich wooden walls and pews lend a sense of timeless beauty and reverence.
Policies

The rates include 4 hours of time, including setup and cleanup, of the identified facilities. Additional time will be billed at $250/hour.

Security is required for all facility rentals, including during setup and cleanup times, and will be added to the rental agreement. The base level of security is one officer for a minimum of four hours at their current hourly rate $60/hr. Additional officers will be required if there are more than 100 guests and/or if alcohol is being served.¹

The rental fee includes use of the Temple's tables (60" round and 96" long rectangle) and chairs. Temple sets up for seating 8 people per table. Linens are not included. Temple Members may use the Temple's china, flatware, and glassware depending on quantity and set-up. The member or their caterer is responsible for cleaning and returning all items or an additional cleanup fee may be assigned.

Caterers may use the kitchen, but must provide their own pans, pots, dishes, and utensils and they are required to provide an insurance certificate.

Pork products, shellfish, confetti, glitter and smoke machines are prohibited.
